Luxembourg companies are required to file their financial statements within five months after the end of their fiscal year (generally January 1 to December 31) or, if your company's fiscal year does not coincide with the calendar year, within three months after the end of that fiscal year.

No. Clients should sign documents without filling in the date. Leaving the date blank avoids having to re-sign if an error is found and the documents must be corrected.
